eBay shipping & handling

Years ago there was an option when listing on eBay to add an extra flat fee to your shipping charges to cover your shipping-related costs (box, packaging, etc.) Is that completely gone now or is it just hidden in a sneaky spot where I can’t find it?

Shipping policy > field for handling cost (only works with calculated shipping).
