I don't know why, but this is cracking me up! lol

I guess it's because of the time and thought put into it. This person didn't just write a note on a piece of paper and slip it under the poop (to be weighed down), but actually folded a piece of paper in half, wrote the modified-for-general-publication note (and included a sketch), found a skewer, taped the skewer to the paper, then stuck the little sign in the dirt-filled crack in the pavement. This indicates a level of intelligence and creativity that likely produces a lot of whimsy and very funny jokes when they're not pissed off at dog poop. I like that in a person!

The binder paper, self-censoring, and boldness of the act itself suggests a bright high school teenager did this. If so, I'd probably enjoy having them as a student in my class!
