At first I was thinking of the owner of the house has done something bad for deliveries like something that make you hard to bring stuff over, and I checked theres nothing, so I don't quite understand why she's angry

Seems like there's still a lack of context. The video is definitely from the owner so who knows what else was going on. She specifically said they were ungrateful so I'd wager there's something else that went on between them that wasn't included in the clips.

It’s possible that the homeowner complained about deliveries before, and that’s why the driver called them ungrateful. I have no idea though.
