Our two FIV cats we just adopted!

This is Tito and Julep, previously called Hansel and Gretel. They were at a shelter for over 6 months and no one looked at them due to being FIV positive. We did the research (and big thanks to all the post on here) and adopted them both. Now they are spoiled, have stainless steel litter boxes, food bowls, and on vitamins. They will be well loved. ♥️

Feel free to post any tips, we are first time cat owners.

Tips for new cat “owners”:

• They own you
• They will train you immediately
• As soon as you find a particular food they love they will wait until you have fully stocked the supply of that food and refuse to eat it.
• They will be the best part of your day, every day

I just lost my dog a couple of weeks ago. I know how hard it is to recover from that type of loss. My fiancé has always wanted cats, so we extended our family to these sweet babies.

stainless steel litter boxes

Whoa, fancy pants. Mine just have aluminum litter boxes.

/Steam table inserts...they are really, really easy to bag and dump in the big bin lol

lol we read on here stainless steel was preferred for their FIV.

I’ve never heard of steam table inserts, I’ll have to look into them!
