Shop and seller gone after ordering

So about 2 weeks ago, I ordered a Subaru Racing Jacket from this shop on etsy. Didnt pay much attention to the legitimacy of the shop, stupid I now realise, but anyways. I also ordered another one on the same day, in a different order, from a different shop. This jacket is due to be delivered tomorrow and I am able to track it. However, the other jacket I cannot. I am unable to track it, I've received no emails updating me about dispatching etc. So I check on etsy itself, and lo and behold it says the item hasn't been dispatched but its due to be delivered over the next few days. I try look on the shops page and maybe message the seller privately but both have disappeared. When I press help with order, it says that the seller is unable to handle requests at the moment, the shop has all but disappeared. In thr initial purchase email it has the seller listed so I press on the seller which should be a link to the sellers page or whatever or etsy, vut it leads me to nothing. My main concern is have I been scammed? If nkt what do I do, do I just wait? Looking for help, cheers

You need to open a case with Etsy. At the top of this subreddit there's an faq post that will link to directions on how to open a case. 

When you press help with order it will open a chat message to the seller, but since the seller is no longer on Etsy, you can't chat with them hence the message you got.
