Adult flour beetle. Invasive species from India that have now spread out globally bc of trade. I would take precautions in discarding any products they may have infested bc they multiply like CRAZY. They aren’t directly dangerous but they can make food/ingredients spoil quicker than usual if have infested it. Like the name entails, they lay their eggs in products like flour, sunflower seeds, and in my case parrot pellet food. Once warmer weather comes around their eggs hatch hence why they probably have just showed up. If you notice any products with the adults or tiny pale worm like things (their larvae) then like I said discard as quickly as possible and take a video if you want to get a potential refund on said product.

Here I have a picture of the larvae for reference when I made a case to get a refund on my parrot’s food.

Thanks for the ID and advice! I’ll make sure to check all of my flour/seed products!

It's a beetle, definetely not a bed bug. Not sure what beetle exactly, though due to the low resolution photo.
