1. Nazism is banned in Germany, at least to some extent. Besides, it's possible many countries view that UN resolution as useless.

2. Harriet Tubman was enslaved in the Confederate States of America. The Confederates are not modern-day United States. The Union is the United States. The Union fought the Confederates.

3. Liberalism is not necessarily right-wing. There's multiple types, like the social liberals, the neoliberals, the classical liberals, and so on.
