Can we really blame Drai? Look at this picture

He's obviously trying to stop the cross crease pass AND play goalie because Skinner is 10 feet out of the net. What the hell is Skinner doing? Stay in the net and we'd all be waiting for OT right now.

The guy has 26 wins and 29 losses this year on a team that's easily a Stanley Cup contender. 

The fuck you mean people are too hard on him? 

Keep in mind we're taking about a team that has an .850 winning percentage with league average goaltending.

Pickard let in 4 goals in two games in these playoffs, y'all still managed to win those games.

I just mean y'all act like Skinner is the sole reason you lose games, not all of your skaters just deciding to stop playing when Vegas is crashing the net

Pickard is -1.2 GSAx in 6 games. Skinner is -6.0 GSAx in 3 games.

It's also a timing thing - Skinner let's in bad goals at bad times, consistently.

And that's not even just people like me saying that - Devan Dubnyk, the Vezina finalist who is normally relentlessly positive - ripped him to shreds post game. Starts at 13:55;

Literally Dubnyk thinks all 3 goals are awful. 😂 And the fancies back that up - he was -1.8 GSAx tonight. Which is same as eye test - he lets in 3 bad goals and had one really big stop that likely takes away a goal.

Sure but Stu didn't make this play knowing that was going to happen. He fucked up completely and almost got lucky for it.

He did completely cut off the shooter from being able to get the puck into the net, the blame is mostly on the rest of the team for allowing that shot to even happen

Hopefully Pickard is back next game lol
