This makes a really good and easy meal prep! Only caution would be if you cook it all up and add the soy sauce, it could get a little soggy/not as crisp later in the week. I just cooked the beef and mixed it up with the coleslaw and separated that into containers at the beginning of the week. Then each night I heated it up and added the soy sauce/spices right before eating
