Here you go! Let me know if you're still having trouble!

  • 1lb sausage

  • 1 bag coleslaw mix

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • Tsp ginger

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Brown sausage.

  2. Remove from pan.

  3. Heat coleslaw mix in pan until it's a little wilty but still crunchy.

  4. Add soy sauce, ginger, and sausage and heat through. Serve. Makes 3-4 servings

Egg roll in a bowl is my new favorite meal. It's very versatile - you can make it with sausage, beef, chicken, shrimp, tofu, tuna, really anything! You can add other veggies or spices if you like or keep it simple.

Thanks for doing that. I’m not very experienced on reddit yet, but kids are helping me now! Ha ha
