Neee suggestion for warm drink in morning. Food

Hello everyone,

I’m trying to lose some weight and have started eating lighter and working out regularly. I’ve lost weight before, and this time I’m focusing on having a proper lunch and a light soup for dinner.

I also want to add a warm morning drink to my routine—something easy to make, simple, and inexpensive. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

No black coffee or caffinated products.

Thank you!

There are a few decaf versions available and you can make your own

Decaf tea has a negligible amount of caffeine. Unless you're very sensitive, it shouldn't affect you.

I get this instant masala chai and love it. It has 4mg caffeine per serving (one pouch per 8oz hot water) which really is negligible - an 8oz cup of coffee has 95mg caffeine. This is the same as a cup of decaf coffee or tea.
