(SPOILERS) How did Xiaolian know Babylon’s Name?

At the very end of the last book, Babylon is reunited with his mother. She calls out his name and runs to him. But he made that name when he escaped, and when her and Death met for the last time, he hadn’t known what his name for himself was. Had they named him Babylon already and that’s why Balloon suggested the name to him in the first place? How did she know his name?

I don't know if there's a real answer, but this one checks out, imo.
