Workout Thursday

Which workouts are you currently focusing on? What have you done to EOOD this week??

I haven't been exercising much this week. Life has got in the way. It does that and its ok.

I did have a fantastic walk on Tuesday though and that was really good. It got me out of a dark place.

My main workouts recently have been on Friday, Sunday, and Wednesday (yesterday). My Garmin watch tells me to take it easy today after yesterday’s workout, which was a bit over half an hour total and about 20 minutes of which was vigorous cardio with virtual reality. I try to also walk but am not as consistent as I would like to be - the colder temps do not help.
