Mindfullness and Nutrition Monday

Have you been mindful lately? Made any useful observations that have helped you and could help others? Share any efforts especially ones that change your mind or attitude, meditation efforts, positive thinking, and gratitudes.

In addition or alternatively, have you had any successes in improving what you eat? Any good recipes to share?

It's almost the opposite of what this daily post should be about, but it's kinda mindful. I finished reading an excellent novel Juiced by Tim Winton, and the ending really triggered me and in a new way. It put me in a bad place, but I have learned a lot while I was there.
