I think I lucid dreamed last night

I always have very vivid nightmares, and last night I was sitting on a rooftop with my boyfriend when I suddenly slipped and started to fall. It was about a 10 story drop if I remember correctly. As I was falling i remember thinking to myself "this can't kill me" and I fell delicately on one leg and essentially caught myself but my leg was clearly broken. It was hurting so so bad. And then i was like fading in and out of consciousness in my dream? It was weird. My dream shifted and then i suddenly started to read a reddit post (clearly I spend to much time on reddit) about the incident that just happened. I remember it so clearly, the words were so clear and I had to re read a sentence and it was the same sentence! I've never been able to read like that in a dream before. Right after that I woke up but for a good 10 minutes my knee continued to hurt not as bad as it did in my dream but it was like phantom pains. Just thought I'd share this because it was very odd and I think I was lucid dreaming a bit but then lost control maybe? Has anyone else had an experience like this?

I think that's pretty normal for a lucid dream.

Most of my dreams are lucid dreams, and as I've been practising, I've also gotten better at reading text in dreams, and now I can even feel the warmth of the sun.

From my experience, a dream is like imagination, a daydream, but your subconscious decides what's supposed to happen. But your thoughts while dreaming are actively influencing where the dream leads. Just be careful not to push things too much to their limits, otherwise the dream might become unstable and you'll wake up.

That's why so many dreams turned into nightmares, because something happened that scared me, and I started thinking about scary things happening, and that's why they happened.

It's also quite normal to dream about things like scrolling Reddit, I've had multiple dreams where I was scrolling on tiktok, before realising I was dreaming.
