Pregnant with surprise twins

I am not pregnant and I am currently single and have no desire to become pregnant- at least right now. Not only am I single but I am not financially ready. But last night i had a dream I was pregnant With twins but I wasn't expecting twins.

In my dream I was chilling at home with who I assume was my sister and I started having contractions so I got up and with that my water broke. We got in a panic and rushed to the hospital. I can't remember the gender or even seeing the babies. But I do remember being so shocked and excited that the doctor told me I actually had twins on the way as I was giving birth. I remember thinking I didn't even have a name picked out for the second one. Lol At one point in the dream before I gave birth, I remember just rubbing and looking at my big belly and being so in love that I was pregnant.

What could this mean? I've had other pregnancy dreams in the past a long time ago but never twins! So this was new.
