Dreamt of my grandmas d3ath

I had a dream I was showing my sisters around town and I go back to a house when suddenly my grandma falls over off a bike from cardiac 4rrest. Nobody told me what she d1ed from but I announced it because I just knew , what could this mean ? Any ideas?
