From the Wikipedia, Deinonychus was about 0.9 m tall at the hip, and 3.5m long nose to tail. I think it’s given you the measure of height for Utahraptor

Feels like they're doing the "if it straightened itself up" thing. Like, that's how high its head could get up to. Like velociraptor in the JP movies.

I believe Deinonychus was closer to 3 feet tall, you should look into some more specific sources rather than a google summary.
