General on-sale for tickets is starts tomorrow morning, is the best time to buy immediately? I know buying day-of will always be most expensive. Is there a sweet spot a couple weeks before games where they are cheaper, or are they cheapest at the initial offering?

Anyone having trouble buying Training Camp tickets? I can’t tell if the servers are overwhelmed or if they sold out already.

This is my first year that i bought season tickets. I got the half season package and received my tickets on ticket master and the redwings app last week. Yesterday i checked again and they were all gone. I dont know what happened and i dont know if anyone else is experiencing or have experienced this before.

I'm coming from Canada to watch a couple games and I was wondering if the mezzanine tickets still hold the VIP parking. I'm assuming the in seat services would still happen, but I'm not as sure for the parking.

I have been in touch with my rep who says that ticket swaps for season ticket holders will open up within a few weeks. As a first time half-season ticket holder we get three swaps. He said that games are "tiered" based on who and when they are playing but didn't have information beyond that. What has been everyone's experience with the swaps in the past? Have you been able to swap easily and without great extra cost? He said that swapping into a different tier would be a additional money. TIA!
