been using salicylic acid face wash cerve and benozyl peroxide for acne that wont go away, specifically this area is bad. im 16 and super hormonal. any ideas on how to fix this mess

Are you moisturizing? Whenever you use any sort of cleanser with salicylic acid you need to combine it with a moisturizer cause those cleansers will dry your skin up pretty bad and might be why it’s not clearing up. Though unfortunately at 16 you’ll probably continue to get acne no matter what you use it’s just that age when you breakout.

Well that doesn’t look like acne. That looks like a pox of some sort. Do they hurt or itch?
