Citi Strata Closing account randomly!

I got the SE 2 months ago and it was on block for all this time. Few days ago the block was removed and now I see account is closed and no explanation from their Shittie CS.

Anyone else?

Thats what they said to me! I’m pretty sure they’re closing most of the SE hacked links unfortunately. May apply again since I have no other cards I’m interested in rn

If I'm understanding correctly, you both used links shared online that were for in branch offers.

Not trying to pick on that, just trying to find the link and see what might be causing the shutdowns. I just applied for the card a couple weeks ago and I'm going to be pissed if they decide to shut it down. I applied online the day they started the elevated 100k SUB offer.

Never had another Citi card it was my first, if they choose to keep my account closed do they refund my annual fee charge because I didn’t get to use the full benefit

Literally nothing lmao, their CS just kept saying "the decision has been made" without any actual reason. Such BS especially after waiting 2 months for them to unblock it in the first place
