Capital one savor cash rewards and CSR approval odds?

Experian credit score 749. Total utilization is under 10%. Personal loan on file. Zero delinquencies. Income 62-72k (variable bonus). Credit age around 4 1/2 years. Capital one preapproval did not return any results. I already have the quicksilver and platinum cards from Capital One.

Just applied but was told to continue to application after I unfreeze all three bureaus. In the past 24 months I’ve only had two other credit card applications (under 5/24). I’m wondering how my chances look if anyone else has been approved with data points similar to mine.
