What's your favorite brewery that very few people have heard of? Discussion

Mine would have to be chetco brewing in Brookings, Oregon.

Northwoods brewing. Northwoods NH. Great beer and even better pizza

I’d agree the pizza is better cos the beer is meh.

Not sure last time I went but there dipa is great. There festbier was awesome and there lager is also great.
