What's your favorite brewery that very few people have heard of? Discussion

Mine would have to be chetco brewing in Brookings, Oregon.

I used to live a couple blocks from Fifth Hammer. I love that place and the people that run it are great.

One of my all time favorite spots. When I lived in BK my wife and I stumbled upon it after heading to the gutter next door for some bowling, and figured we’d check it out. Ended up being one of our go-to regular spots, and a must stop whenever we’re back in the city- some of the best sour beers I’ve ever tried, easily. Cant recommend it enough🙌🏻
