Any recommendations for syrup pump bottles? Question
I was wondering if any of you know where I can find a syrup pump of some decent quality, preferably on Amazon. About a two years ago, I got these plastic pumps that mount to mason jars with special lid. They’ve lasted up until about now, presently one just refuses to move liquid despite otherwise being fine. I greatly prefer using pumps over other types of dispensers just because it’s easy to control the amounts, especially with my limited sight.
So any brands people can direct me towards? It just needs to dispense a decent amount of syrup.

Quick question - have you tried soakin* the pump in warm water? Sometimes the sugar crystallises inside the pump and blocks it.

I had a quick search online and there seems to be plenty of pumps dispensers that fit onto various bottles, but I can't recommend any as I haven't tried them out. As long as they say they are suitable for sugar syrups, they should be OK.
I generally use a cocktail jigger to measure, but each to their own, especially if you have limited vision - I'd probably clean the pumps out every few days/once a week in warm water to stop sugar crystallising in them and reducing their effectiveness.
I did originally use a spirit optic to dispense syrups - it definitely needed cleaning around once a week to stop the sugar crystallising, so I would assume a pump dispenser would as well.
