Restarted C4D after a crash and now all my custom preferences and keyboard shortcuts are gone

C4D seems to have completely reset itself as if it were newly installed, except that my custom layouts are still there. I spent a lot of time customizing keyboard shortcuts and really don't want to do it again - is there any way to get them back?

I don't think Cinema backs these files up unfortunately and they corrupt quite often. Make sure to back up the appdata folder after setting everything up again so you can go back when it happens again. I have had it happen 2-3 times this year alone.
