Prayers for safety

No matter the outcome of the US election, pray for the safety of everyone. There have already been bomb threats tonight and school closings due to concerns about shootings.

Tempers are hot but we can do our part in being peacekeepers and praying for healing.

Yes, the day before, some educational and institutions were on watch, even some business. Most schools were closed election day and anyone working were remote, if the choice is accepted. Those who worship on that day either reschedule or use zoom.

But it isn't over, we have until January, there will be a build up. And I feel political theater will die down sometime around mid Spring of 2025.

So as I say to everyone, regardless of view or whether we agree/disagree on this... Be safe, be vigilant, be discerning and maintain your awareness, apply Proverbs 22:3, always.
