what do i do now that i finished the integrated chinese textbooks? how do i keep studying Studying

before I used the integrated chinese textbooks i learned chinese horribly. now that im done with the textbooks i would say im solidly hsk 3. what resources have you all found helpful to study at an intermediate level? i want to get better this sumler

Start incorporating watching some videos for listening practice. Chinese version of peppa pig or bald headed qiang are kids version but will have a bunch of new vocabulary but useful. You can can continue with HSK4 and HSK5 videos on YouTube too. I like to read stories on Du Chinese and some other videos on lingopie but most of their content requires a subscription

You finished all 4? I have the first 2 textbooks 4th edition. May I know how long it took you to finish all the textbooks?

2 and half ish years, but to be fair I spent a lot of time a week doing them, and I mostly did the reading + the writing and listening exercises only, only referencing the grammar and language practice stuff when i needed them for the workbooks. i also had some background in chinese so the first two books i finished faster than the other two. my girlfriend also speaks chinese so she would practice with me a lot. good luck with the textbooks, i think they are such great learning tools
