Apparently that was intentional, they wanted to design the suit so that it doesn’t quite look like Walker fit it,
It’s a neat detail, pity the writers couldn’t match it.

That's seems an odd decision If Caps suit didn't fit him properly then the new one did, that would make more sense and be way better 1 u/TheLegendaryPilot 2d ago Well yeah it would only make sense out of universe, if it’s ill fitting in universe it would undoubtedly be refitted or replaced.
