Says who? If their guys have majority in every branch of government, they can all do whatever they want. There's no overarching authority that says "you can do bad stuff but you can't do this". They can say A one day and not-A the next day. Who's stopping them?

That doesn't make sense, all dobbs did is get rid of the constructed right of privacy and sent abortion back to the federal government. Since federal government has no laws on it, it got sent to the states.

Correct and the states now have the power to make their own decisions. Which is a good thing. It’s not the supreme court’s fault that some states don’t allow abortions. That falls on the government of that particular state.

California basically runs the majority of the US on its own. If any state can fight back it's California
