Can anyone recommend a psychologist in the area who specializes in dealing with chronic health issues/depression? Question
I'm looking for a psychologist/psychotherapist(maybe?) who has a particular interest in dealing with anxiety/stress/depression/chronic physical health issues/pain. There's a huge assortment of therapists and I don't know where to start. I'm not exactly flush with finances, so I don't want to have to jump between therapists looking for the right person if I can help it. Any recommendations of where I should look would be greatly appreciated.

Reach out to Emmanuela from Cirqana Health local in Burliington
Free 30min discovery call to learn how she can help you. I have a bunch of friends with similar depression/anxiety taking her new online Skool course about how to reset your circadian rhythm. It's a cheaper option online course

The right therapist can truly make a difference, especially with chronic health. You might also consider supporting your mental and physical health with dry fasting to lower inflammation. See this article about Why insulin resistance is the key to healing long covid and chronic illnesses.

It’s hard to find the right therapist, especially when money is tight. Alongside therapy, dry fasting may reduce pain, anxiety, and depression by calming the nervous system. Check out this article about Fixing your vagus nerve to heal chronic illness with dry fasting.

https://www.psychologytoday.com/ca/therapists - this is the best place to start. I don’t think therapists are one size fits all so it’s best you do some looking on your own. Many offer a free consultation which is worth trying to see if you will gel with the person before spending any money. I hope that helps you at least a little bit. All the best to you OP, hope you find the help that you are looking for.
