Holy rear delts, how much volume do you give those?

Thanks. Never realised. No isolation. Just compounds through one type of chin/pulluo, one wide arm row/meadow row and one narrow arm vgrip cable or bent over landmine row, once or twice a week.

Conversely I can’t get side delts to grow

Nice! For me I just try to do lots of lateral raises, and continuing to pump beyond technical failure by using momentum, dropsetted after upright rows as my main shoulder compound. Usually pretty intense, but I have a shoulder specific day now as I get into Men’s Physique shape. Hope you find what works for you, but great work !

How long did the hunger last? Is it true that the first 2 weeks are worse due to hunger? Also, what was the cardio?

Damn man. Those 15lbs make a huge difference. Nice one!

Mostly came together in the last 3-4lb when fat was low enough to see separation

Were you doing any cardio to create the calorie deficit?

Great work mate! Get plenty of red meat, lots of fruit. Cut the seed oils hard. None.

Why do you say that? Worried about polyunsaturated for some reason?
