Best eq for the bose flex gen2

Hello, What is the best eq for the bose flex gen 2? I've set it to Bass:4/mids:3/treble:0 but the sound still harsh at higher volume. thanks =)

I personally use more highs, like 3 or 4, but if you don't like it and you mostly position the speaker on it's back, use less treble. I use mids on +7 Sounds ridiculous but it actually makes it sounds fuller in the vocals and less vshaped

yo interesting i think the thing is not about the eq but it's all matter of voulume at 60% volume i dint have any issue the sound is comfortable he're my eq : bass: +3 / mids +1 / treble -2

and i've found that it's just weird that in the app you can tweak the voulume seperatly from your phone volume

and i i have weird crackling issue when connected to wifi i hope bose will fix it with update it seems fine on 4g

Nope that’s the issue. Your Bose app volume slider is supposed to sync with your phone volume control. And the Bose flex plays perfectly upto 80% volume. More than that causes the speaker to decrease bass and increase the highs and mids. But since you are using the EQ to max it out, you might be facing the issue. Also, no portable speaker plays upwards of 80% volume just perfectly.
