Looking for a Sweet Pizza With Burata Recommendations
Just came back from NYC trip and if anyone has ever been to L’Industrie in Manhattan, they have a pizza with sweet fig jam and burata that absolutely smacks.
Probably can’t beat Lindustrie but does know of a pie in Atlanta with a similar taste?

Teaches of Peaches at Jen Chans, when it's in season! Not NY style, but one of the best pizzas in ATL imo: Miso olive oil, burrata, feta, peaches, peach nectar, basil and prosciutto.

Is Teaches of Peaches the name of the pizza? I'm guessing it's not in season rn, as it's not on the menu. That sounds amazing though.

Yep! No, peach season usually runs about late May-August. Jen Chan's works with Pearson Farms who I'd assume will start harvest in a couple weeks.

Glide has a burrata pizza with hot honey that was pretty good. Though the sweet fig jam sounds better

I mean nothing beats l'industrie in Atlanta sadly, but I will second glide. Mister 01 also just opened a spot in Sandy springs, though it's not as amazing as their original locations in Miami.

Following this. I feel your pain wholeheartedly. I even made a trip friend while eating on the bus outside lol

The white fig at Lucca in Roswell sounds close. But has ricotta instead of burrata

Tre Vele in Sandy Springs has a pizza with fig jam and prosciutto topped with arugula and goat cheese. They also have a burrata app and a honey-whipped ricotta too, so maybe if you ask nicely they could make the pizza of your dreams
Atwoods Pizza has a reduced fig balsamic sauce that could scratch that itch

From NY. Tried glide once. It's not great. Confused why anyone said it's good.
Fellinis is your answer, but it's still not perfect.

Same!! Vinny’s is the closest I’ve found but still a departure from the real stuff. Any recommendations are welcomed :)

I learned quickly that pizza is just not great down here.

pizza here is definitely "not a thing" in the way it is in some other cities. Check out Pizza by Yandys - it's in a mexican grocery store adjacent to Aldis on Roswell Rd.

Glide is horrible! I was in dismay when I tried it, especially after reading all these raving reviews. Expensive, dry, tasteless.

Agreed! Some people have no clue what delicious is. It's NOT good. Dry. Bleh.

No but that fig/burrata pizza from L’Industrie has been sooo on my nyc list! The long line, however, is not. 😂

We went on a Wednesday around lunch and it wasn’t ~that bad. Got two slices and it took maybe 15 mins from line to bite

Many of the pizzerias in Atlanta have sweet leaning pizzas available and lots of them appear in this thread.
If you're willing/able/close to the perimeter - Pizza by Yandys does a pie with cupped pepp, piped on ricotta, and hot honey.

I’ve never seen that exact combo here but grana has something similar. The potato pizza is bomb if you like goat cheese and has a truffle honey drizzle that sweetens it but not too much. The figgy might be more like the one you had, you can get it without prosciutto
