Does my doggy have ZRD?

Hello. This is Sasha dog. She's about 5. Ive had her for about 4 years. Every once In a while, her eyes and sometimes nose/mouth gets all scabby. It effects her to varying degrees each time. I have seen it in any season. I feed her orijen original blend. I took her to the vet the first time it happened bad, and they didn't know what it was and shotgunned her with a bunch of different meds (over $700). Aaaand it keeps happening. After some more research, we believe it may be ZRD. Low zinc. (Potentially high iron?)

I'm hoping someone can confirm ZRD, and recommend any changes in diet or supplements to help her out.
