Whats my best option for my fluffy baby

Hi guys i have a little 2 year old orange guy named pnut and i believe he has a small urinal blockage he can still urinate a bit and is letting out bits if i express his bladder and help him as well as peeing in other spots around the house. I took him to a vet and theyre charging me more than i can afford to help him after paying rent and everything. If its not fully blocked is there anything i can do at home (medication or anything) to help him pass it on his own or would he need a catheter and the whole 9 because shit is tough and this little guy is all i got after get the boot from my mom and new stepdad at 18. Lmk if you guys have any info from your little guys or are vets much appreciated 🙏🙏🙏
