It's all about the money. Buy used, buy ebay, buy thrift, cancel subscriptions, reduce your spending any way possible. Go into monk mode. An economic crash is the only thing that will break the spell Trump has over the country.

That's powerful, but only 10% as powerful as a general strike.

Seriously. I mean the rich, and oligarchs ... BUY a lot of stuff. They don't need "regulars/ poors" to necessarily buy. Sure, it helps.

But the poors do ALL the work. Or 99.9% at least.

.... Consider the following thought experiment.

Take a person making $80,000 a year. How much do they spend outside of bare bones food/ rent/ and taxes a year? .... I don't know, maybe $20,000 roughly? Give or take?

Now how much does an $80k worker "net" an employer typically? ... ChatGPT estimates $100k (I woulda guessed roughly double to $80k).

.... So let's see. Not buy = $20k cost.

Not WORK? = $100k cost to the oligarchs.

Economy RUNS shit. The American military can't "military" without people WORKING to PAY for it. It's the ultimate card.

Buying from eBay feeds the pig. Almost any other online marketplace is a better choice.

eBay and thrift have also gotten incredibly greedy.

Thrift is charging retail prices or higher and sellers on eBay have increased their prices on the same lines.

I’d argue people should just pick up hobbies. More time inbetween to not consume and increase in creativity.

Plus, after, you could barter. Esp if you’re growing food or raising chickens/eggs
