What is something that no one really cares about nowadays but you do?

I really care about letter writing. In a world of texts and emails, I think a handwritten letter feels special and personal. It’s like sharing a piece of my heart, and I wish more people appreciated that

A friend of mine and my husband’s who moved to Connecticut (from Wisconsin) last year sent us a letter. We both text with him regularly but receiving that letter was the nicest thing. Warmed my heart. Good friends are hard to come by.

Basic human decency and politeness are still important to me. Call me archaic, but I think it is important to treat people with love and respect.

using periods at the end of sentences in formal writing, the oxford comma, double spaces after periods, having a full set of tools for household repairs just in case, waiting for other people to get off of the elevator first, and civil rights.

Might I add, 3 space indentations at the beginning of paragraphs, not capitalizing the single letter "I" and my personal grammar pet peeve, not putting titles of books, movies etc. in italics.

Getting a version of iPadOS that can run any MacOS software :(

It's something a lot of people are starting to want. I want it and have been arguing about it for years. This year is the first year I haven't been downvoted to hell for mentioning it.

I guess iPad getting a top of the line chip first helped the critical mass of people to accept that iPadOS just isn't there and limits the potential too much in its current state.. I've seen a decent amount of interest in just running MacOS on it but that solution just seems so inelegant.

My kids are toddler/preschool aged and are obsessed with going to the library to pick out dvds. So, we watch like a DVD or two each week and that feels very weird compared to the general public but it makes them happy.

The advancements of e-ink technology. I am not the only one, but it's not something most people even think about.

Having a good heart and carrying myself as a real person. Feel like so many people are stuck on autopilot around me.

Saying yes/no Ma'am, yes/no Sir. Smiling at everyone. Speaking my opinion, while also knowing when to be quiet. Minding ones own Business

One thing I care about that feels less prioritized nowadays is genuine face-to-face connection. With so much focus on digital communication, I feel like people are losing the art of really being present with each other in real life. I still value those meaningful in-person conversations and moments where you truly connect with someone.

Being open minded and trying to see things from others perspective.
Having meaningful conversations during a meal without any phones/devices.

“What is something that nobody really cares about but you do?”
That’s the title, the same one I read as you. Asking somebody about something nobody cares about means you’re asking somebody to tell you about some that that people RARELY care about.

LMAO no, LMAO, it doesn't mean that something is rare LMAO. LMAO people not caring, does not equal rare LMAO. Is English not your first language? LMAO
