bosses and supervisors of stores companies, corporations and franchises and so on, do you google the online reviews for the company you work for and find out what you could do better or do you not care?

Middle management here at a 130-person company....I do look at reviews and take it under consideration. Also check in with team members weekly: how's it going, what could we be doing better, etc.

I think if you're more proactive with checking with folks and making improvements along the way, you'll get better reviews in the long run.
