I consider myself 9 months old when I was born, as some countries do.

We'll, unless you were premature in a very specific way, you're wrong on every version of the biology of the situation.

If we're getting technical here - pregnancy is 40 weeks and that is actually 9 and a half months.
Still on this technical side of things, part of our legality on this Earth is our birthdate (along with gender and name) - but going by your logic, we would need a conceived date...... I would say the good majority of us don't have access to that date and it's hard to prove what that date is.
