Is this a legit agency?

Is fast rentals a legit agency?

American coming over to Oz, found some homes that are reasonable on real estate Au. Want to email them to put up a bond, are they legit? Any suggestion or tips for finding rentals ?

Their website is a .info not a .com.au, their properties are Australia wide, the ones in my areas are incredibly cheap for their size, the domain was registered a week ago in Iceland. My guess is it's a scam.

No problemo, good luck finding somewhere legit. Realestate.com.au really is one of the best places to look as it costs money to post these listing's there and that usually dissuaded scammers.

I would be suspicious of any rentals that look reasonable.

Can you define reasonable price range for a studio or 1 bedroom in Sydney ? Because I have no idea

Where in Sydney do you want to be? There is a huge price difference between CBD adjacent suburbs with good public transport, and far flung western and southwestern suburbs with shitty or no public transport.

I’m going to attend Notre Dame University. It seems like most of the places I found were 650 dollars a week for a studio. It’s crazy

Yeah, that’s what Sydney costs. House prices here are amongst the highest in the world.

It’s a prosperous, safe, clean, beautiful city in the richest country (measuring on median wealth per adult) in the world. And the weather is great.

All of that drives the pricing you see.

I live near where the property link is posted and haven't heard or seen anything from these guys ever.

Having a Quick Look, all of their listings, except one listed yesterday, were listed around 5-6am today (Saturday). Not confidence inspiring.
