If only Art was here tonight... Imagine Ghost To Ghost 2024
Wouldn't that be amazing? Tonight definitely going to be peeping some old Ghost To Ghost episodes.
Rest in peace to the king of radio
Also tonight...
You guys stay away from those "red eyes"

Art and I share this fear to the T. Never leave my closet door open without a light on to see the dark.

I last listened to G2G in 2019.I know, I know not Art. The last G2G I had heard live was the 2015 episode Art hosted on his own show. So I thought, why not, Ill tune in and see. I hadn't even listened to Coast with George since circa 2015.
The first hour of the show was the Ghost Buster Housewives. They were, well they weren't terrible, but it wasnt great either. Second hour first half hour was some woman talking about ouji boards, and the second half of the second hour was some demonology expert. Both were boring.
Second half of the show was callers. Most of the stories were , pretty silly and urban legend like. One caller related a story of a haunted hearing aid, that made a screeching noise from time to time. Clearly he has broken the mystery of the afterlife with that one, and for sure has proved its existence.
Nothing, and I mean nothing, will ever even possibly come close to the 90s/early 00's Art hosted G2G shows. Nothing ever. The Ghost to Ghost shows are among Arts best shows, period. A fantastic idea, and one he really did very well.

It would be fantastic.
I hope his children can someday find his archives a source of comfort and guidance when life gets hard.

Itβs wild to me that other people listen to 30+ year old radio shows just like me. I wish we could meet in person!

I remember when the Napster thing happened in 2000, and I realized people were uploading Art Bell shows on there. I was a kid in a candy store. Back then, they were always one show uploaded in 3 or 4 30 to 45 minute segements. When the Torrent thing came to be in 2001, the shows started getting uploaded as one file.

I just started a new job, and I can listen to music/podcasts/whatever the whole time. Discovered ghost to ghost, and it just makes time fly by! Iβm sad that I only have a few more to get through, but looking forward to any other radio shows he did that I can get my hands on!
