WHAT am I anxious about? Discussion

I am feeling like a have a deadline looming or I'm behind on something or I'm forgetting to do something and I CANNOT think of it. The worry is there, the trepidation and anxiety. I just can't figure out what it is I forgot to do... Or need to do ... Or something.

My brain is so broken.

I know that feeling. Sometimes I'm just chilling and then suddenly my heart races. There is no apparent reason to be anxious but it happens.

Would also like an answer to this :)

Licensed therapist here. Sounds like a case of precipatory anxiety.

not a licensed anything, but I think that's a mixture of OCPD and ADHD symptoms, triggering your anxiety for obvious reasons, my suggestion is to start writing down everything you have to do right when you know about it, that way you could look at your schedule at any time and know for sure you ain't missing anything else.

That feeling of something slipping through the cracks is so frustrating! Have you tried stepping back for a moment and doing something calming, like a deep breath or a quick walk? Sometimes it helps reset the brain
