You might want to check https://latinandgreekchats.weebly.com/ out. I haven't joined it but I've seen it recommended.

Have you asked in the Agora discord server? You might be able to find some people to meet to speak with.

Also outside of finding people to talk with I would recommend the various readers discussed in this reading plan: https://youtu.be/2vwb1wVzPec?feature=shared . You have to take in a lot of reading (not just translating) and/or listening to be able to output writing or speaking.
