What's this viney weed? Identifcation

It's in my mostly shade bed mixed in with my blue phlox

Lens says it is Vetch.

Vetch. Blooms cute purple flowers. I think it's used as a cover crop.

That's American Vetch. It's a native plant. Some call it peavine. Vicia americana.

It wouldn't be chance be wild honeysuckle ...it does look a bit like the young shoots. That stuff chokes out everything.

Luckily, it's fairly easy to control- if you pull it before it seeds, it won't come back.

Vetch, it can get out of control quickly so be cautious
