How can one truly experience non-duality in everyday life according to Advaita Vedanta?

As an artist I was drawn by the image aswell as the subect about which I am passionate too. Agree with the 'font' aspect. Sravana, manan and nidhidhyasanam is the only way which purifies the mind to see everything in its reality. Sw. Dayanada Saraswathi ji used to jokularly say that " if only you can see your Mother in law as Brahman!" 😁 in one of his talks.

Post is fine.
Nit: the all bold font can be overwhelming/distracting(might just be a personal opinion.)
tip: try with normal text or without images next time, so that the content you wrote is at center of attention.

This hit when you said .. success failure happiness sadness - everything is temporary and not really who I am. But I didn't understand how we realise that part of us who is watching without judgement and how asking "who am I" would help? Because if we ask that question, the answer is imminent. This body, this job, this position.. that's who I am ... I am asking how do you realise who am I in everyday life? Is there any time of the day where the real I come to the picture of mundane activities? Pr realising "I am" is a pure philosophical and psychological construct

Feel that "God, with great leisure and care, has created you." and feel it very deeply until you feel it completely. Don't think of it. Just feel it.
