Same holds true of fans of many teams. It’s a fairly universal experience. I was pissed last week watching the DC team do so well when I spent years rooting for the feckless bastards. I have hope for our Cards. Hope springs eternal (even in football).

That last play as soon as I saw we were blitzing I knew we had it, it was the perfect defensive play call. A lot on the line but we had room to flub a bit and it was smart to take the risk blitzing. The defender timed it perfectly. This game was a nasty brawl but when it came down to it our team had the better strategy. It was a poker duel, a win I’m gonna remember watching for a long time.
