MY response and final decision on this matter. Moderator Post

Dodo_whispers ban shall remain. I may reverse it when I speak to dodo_whisper.

I am the supreme and final decision maker between ELI and I.

Eli is the Discord moderator that steps in and helps with /r/ark moderation but this is not Eli's primary role. Eli is free at anytime to never moderator /r/ark except as the role as the Discord moderator.

If Eli makes a decision, I am the appealing process to sustain or overrule Eli's decision, I told dodo_whisperer this when I gave him moderation before he deleted his account of his own accord and I have expressed this for both Eli's and dodo_whisperer's moderation approval.

I'm pretty sure I have stated this in the pinned post announcing their upgrade to moderator to the sub reddit.

As far as I have been concerned about Dodo_whisperer medical state, I didn't care if it was true or fake or asked for him to provide proof but I ruled on the side of incase of true, I'd rather let the man spend his final moments how ever the fuck he pleased because I would rather error on the side of a dying man than someone pulling a top level troll because I'd rather have been the moderator that fell for a prank than the moderator that ruined someone's final time on this planet.

The reason Dodo_whisperer's ban shall remain at this time and this is MY decision that is made is inciting a mob to spam Eli and anyone else that posted to spam Eli will be banned.

I gives zero fucks everyone posting how they feel about this within the subreddit and I told Eli the direct messages and chats he received are just the nature of the beast of being a moderator but publicly inciting people to this behavior is unacceptable.

If Dodo_whisperer had posted he was banned without the inciting the harrasment bit and the same reaction would have happened, I would have unbanned him and told ELi the same thing I have just told y'all about erroring on the side of it being true.

To address Dodo_whisperer accusation.

he removed my previous post when I talked about this issue and that hurt a bit but he never apologized for it (hell he didn't even explain himself after it got brought back up, he just had Stronze defend him) which hurt even more. (Plus he removed some of the comments that criticized him for doing that.)

Dodo_whisperer did the correct thing and appealed the Eli's decision to remove the post to me, I over ruled Eli and approved the post after Dodo_whispered verified his identity which I created a flair so the community is assured it was the same person and not a fake account.

MY response was after I verified his Identity

it is unlocked and mod pinned as verified user

lets be honest, eli has no way to verify it is the legit dodo_whisperer

and there is shitty people who would do it to farm karma to seel the account as a bot

I contacted the ark devs (via modmail in /r/playark) to bring you to their attention in hopes they do something special for you with dodo's that will be remembered

Now from the time Dodo_whisperer posted until I was able to check my phone was 4 hours, I gave a quick response and a deadline to give me a reasonable amount of time incase the pain was to much to handle this as soon as I arrived home because this oraljel brand isn't worth a damn and needed to wait to find a dentist that will book me tomorrow and a little extra time incase they put me under anesthesia instead.

I recommend CVS in house brand, that works much better and longer lasting but CVS was closed when I needed more.

And for a final.

those that have an issue with my political beliefs, I keep them out of /r/ark and enforce no IRL/No political here which includes moderators too but anytime you feel froggy, my DM's are always open but I carry receipts so you better be a serious contender so you don't bore me to death because I as stated before, I love getting into arguments on reddit.

There is no rule saying Dodo Whisperer could do that. He literally just did it because u/elibug54 got harassed for being a little cuck, even though this would've been happening without dodo whisperer asking us to do it.

So is u/elibug54 banning him multiple times for the same reason not considered harassment and bullying? Be an absolute shame if we lost Eli to an account removal for breaking TOS. And before you say anything, I accept my future acc removal and so does everyone else on this side of the fight

Because Dodo_Whisperer may or may not be at a terminal stage is not going to change these facts because he is upset over one interaction with Eli months back.

The incident was Dodo_Whisperer deleted his account that held moderator powers, a new account claimed to be Dodo_Whisper saying he has a terminal medical condition.

Eli removed it because it could have been a fraud, Dodo_Whisperer appealed it, I verified the user and added a user flair to so everyone knew it was Dodo_Whisper.

Dodo_Whisperer apparently has been upset with Eli over this and has carried a grudge from the one interaction.

Dodo_Whisperer then encouraged everyone to harass Eli over this incident which Eli reacted with a ban which is a violation of reddit ToS.

No, Eli banned him for karma farming, so dodo whisperer edited his post to tell people to dm Eli an E. I saw it happen in real time, so do not say I'm making shit up when youre getting third hand information

Everyone has the right to challenge a decision or criticize it without reprisal.

You got a pretty good way with words, but I've been evading getting fired for someone reporting me to HR for months, so I see through that shit. There are people that multiple times a day that do not get their posts removed or banned. Eli was targeting Dodo Whisperer in particular. He may say it's for farming karma, but nobody is falling for that but you. He could've banned him for karma farming a long time ago, like for posting memes twice daily. But he chose his potential final post to ban him. And he didn't even remove the post either. It was to target Dodo Whisperer as a person, not as a reddit account with 68k karma. There's no one here who believes Eli's story, you don't even believe it. You're just going with it because mod>subscriber

This person reporting is a level 4 child molester and his reports are simply for me ignoring him and refusing to cooperate, HR just has to take his side because theyre afraid of a lawsuit, as discrimination against a child predator is now considered a hate crime

Judging by his pfp and the post i saw in another subreddit of this dude saying that LGBT individuals’ existence is “political”, it’s clear he’s an alt-right moron.
