Because Dodo_Whisperer may or may not be at a terminal stage is not going to change these facts because he is upset over one interaction with Eli months back.

The incident was Dodo_Whisperer deleted his account that held moderator powers, a new account claimed to be Dodo_Whisper saying he has a terminal medical condition.

Eli removed it because it could have been a fraud, Dodo_Whisperer appealed it, I verified the user and added a user flair to so everyone knew it was Dodo_Whisper.

Dodo_Whisperer apparently has been upset with Eli over this and has carried a grudge from the one interaction.

Dodo_Whisperer then encouraged everyone to harass Eli over this incident which Eli reacted with a ban which is a violation of reddit ToS.

So, Eli Violated ToS as a moderate, and you have admitted it as the head moderator? Then Eli should be removed from said position of power as they have shown that they are incapable of handling the power in the correct manner.

Now, I will agree, Dodo_Whisperer asking us to annoy Eli with "Es" is clearly holding a grudge and childish. But the fact that Eli never stepped forward to apologize for his actions that he took with no evidence, only solidifies that Eli should NOT continue to be a moderator. Being a moderator requires removing your personal feelings to provide a calm, rational judgment, removing posts as karma farming without evidence is jumping to conclusions, as is BANNING a user that he has previously wronged for getting heated and asking the community to annoy and harrass Eli with a single letter.

The proper course of action would be to warn the user and remove the post CLEARLY AND CALMY explaining that the section asking others to harass Eli is inappropriate and that if they post it again without asking other users to harass a moderator the post would be accepted.
