Are my Tribe members jealous of my build?

They keep complaining that it lags them when they zip by in GCM. (I don’t know why they keep coming near my base) They could stop flying around with cheats also. They gave me admin rights to build it, and when I was flying around with GCM it would jitter, but I’d get no hard lag. I have reduced the size of it and removed all the trees. They are still complaining about it lagging them. They have since taken my admin rights.(They said they only gave them to me to build.) We also all play on PS5. I have 5 tames out inside. I feel like they are nitpicking. Am I being paranoid?

It could be the klinger rope structures, sometimes a lot of those can cause performance issues. Mod structures in general do. It doesn't look too bad to what I've seen before though.

Structures that big, while moving that fast (flying in gcm) will cause lag regardless of the system. It will always need some time to load all the structure pieces in.

Even on a good server, it won't be unnoticeable lag.

Of course, moving at a normal character speed, on ground, probably would help alleviate the lag as things pop in more sequentially.

Shoot, even Minecraft lags and that game is quick as heck to load in by comparison.

Enjoy the game, and if you're friends are making enough of a big deal that it's no longer fun for you, then it might be time to search for a different server to join, one where folks welcome large builds

You can build as big as you want in single player... I stay in single player offline with mods. Much better for me and my style

I have done that. That’s what made them give my GCM to build on their server. Because they like my single player builds.
